17Drip Coffee uses a serial numerical system to code its drip coffee range, with numbers from No.10 to No.99.
Each number represents a distinct flavour spectrum, inspired by the logic of the SCA Coffee Taster’s Flavour Wheel—allowing drinkers to intuitively explore coffee flavours through numbers.
Rather than ranking quality, the numbers map flavour character, helping you choose a cup that suits your mood and taste.
How to brew 17Drip coffee?
It's simple!
In fact, we designed our drip bag coffee with the mind for freestyle brewing, which means you just tear open the drip bag, hang it on the cup and pour the hot water (boiled the water and cool it down for a minute) through the drip bag to the volume and intensity you like! We know the coffee tastes sometime is more personal preference thing, so no necessary rituals must be followed.
But if you like to be more controlling your coffee tastes with consistency, then follow these steps:
Tear open the sealed bag and take our the filter bag.
Tear off the filter bag top part.
Open the drip bag and pull aside the hangers on both sides of the drip bag.
Hang the drip bag over the a cup rim (that's the hangers designed for).
Boil water and pour the hot water through the drip bag slowly till filling up the cup.
Ready to drink!
Adjust the water volume based on your preference for thicker or lighter taste. Our recommendations for the brewing are:
Hot Water - 90c degree
Water Volume - 220ml
In Cup Volume - 200ml +/-
